Great customer service, but the product is clearly of poor quality. I really wanted these to work, but in the end, the reviews highlighting poor make quality were right.

I purchased a pair of Loose FIt Protective Jeans size 36W"x36L" (I am 6'6"). The fit is generally good. The 36W" is a bit tight but the fabric stretch makes it OK. However, the inseam is on the short side of 36L". When sitting on the bike (BMW K1600 GT), the pants slide up quite a bit and my entire ankle is exposed. Unfortunately it does not like like the pants are offered in larger inseam lengths. Shipping took some time - perhaps because the pants are shipped from Dubai

I ended up having to return the hoodie I purchased due to a mistake I made in the sizing, so I followed their posted return instructions and received a follow up email from a Beyond Riders rep only a short time later - after hours. I was shocked and thoroughly impressed. The rep was great to work with and made the whole return process as easy as can be. I prioritize customer service when deciding whether or not to be a return customer with any business and Beyond Riders exceeded my expectations. So they've got a return customer.

Wheels are great I have mad wheels nice but cloud wheels much better great carving smooth ride. And at this price will be buying second set.
