The Quality of the hair was nice and smooth

I got diffrent (cheater hair) than I ordered. I used to have a Beyond Hair and was happy with order i. Past. Noone responded to my e-maila - Not recommended recently.

Excellent service and the hair reached me within 2 days. I bought Brazilian curly. It has a beautiful texture and feel. I’ve bought hair from lots of places before and this is definitely the best. I cannot fault it at all. I will definitely be buying from them again !

Was incorrectly told that the £215 HD closure would have bleached knots when making the order. This turned out to be untrue. Returned the order - closure as well as the hair bundles, however had to chase up for communication about my return and the refund process. Found the hair bundles to be a lot thicker and I would like, however the closure hair seems to be very feather light and on the sparse side. The packaging and overall presentation was nice though.

The speed of the delivery I would give 5* Have not used the hair yet as i am waiting on the closures which i hope will come soon..... Cannot fault the quality. love them Angelina
