I’ve been purchasing Peruvian Curly hair from Beyond Hair for years, and I can confidently say it’s the best on the market! The quality is unmatched—soft, full, and holds its curl pattern beautifully even after multiple washes. It blends perfectly and has incredible longevity. I constantly get compliments on my hair, and people can’t believe it’s extensions. Beyond Hair is my go-to, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for premium hair. Highly recommend!

I waited a while to do the review to make sure the first impression was just an impression but unfortunately it wasn't. I have hasd the weave on for about a month now and i can say Beyondhair no longer provide the quality it did without fault for the last 10 years (this is how long i have been a customer, i live abroad ans still orfered in the UK). The hair is very thin, the shedding is horrendous (from the onset i.e. the cowash before installing it), the frizz is out of this world and hair is electric. For years i used aussies shampoo and conditioner and on wet hair i would apply moroccanoil, this wash and go was perfection. This method no longer applies, the curls arent define and the hair is dull. I am not sure i will order again, this seemed to be the end of this long standing relationship :(

It was an easy process to message via the website and to order. I paid for the 1-3 days delivery. However on the 3rd day I messaged to ask if my order had been shipped yet, of which it had not but would be that day. A week later still no delivery, I again messaged but this time no response for the whole day. I emailed to cancel my order that day. On the 8th day I messaged no response so I called. At first it was acknowledged that I had cancelled then told that it had gone out for shipping. There was no apology or acknowledgement that it was now 8 days later. I had to stress that this was a total lack of customer service and at no point had anyone had the decency to inform me. The hair eventually arrived 11 days after I had placed my order. It's such a shame that they conduct their business as such as I have been buying from Beyond hair since they opened their store in Wood green.

Waiting over the specific time when I emailed Beyond Hair query where item was. It was only then that my order was acknowledged and sent out. I can only assume my order had been forgotten, hence I couldn’t attend my planned hair appointment 😢

I paid for next day delivery and ordered before the cut off time ( 2pm I think?) order arrived 2 days later and I was sent the wrong tracking number. Customer services were great in dealing with my query but no refund of next day delivery charge.

I ordered my hair and paid for next day delivery.I didn’t receive my order the next day so I called the following day and they apologised and sent it for the following day (3 days delay). When the order came it was completely wrong, I ordered a 18inch bundle Brazilian texture and received a 14 inch Peruvian texture. I called up and the man on the phone who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude to me and showed no remorse, he didn’t even apologise for the mistakes made he just advised that if it send the bundle back he will send out the right one as discretion (I’m not sure how that is discretion when they made the mistake). I returned the hair recorded delivery over a week ago and I haven’t received my refund or any communication from them. I DO NOT recommend you buy hair from them, the customer service is awful and they don’t seem to get their orders right!
