I called customer service. The first time I received a shipment. I told them I wanted to return the product and get a refund. I also told them I no longer wished to receive products from them. Not long after that I received another package and was charged for it. The wrinkle filler is a total waste of money. The amount they send you in one tube would be considered a sample, that’s a lot of money for a sample that doesn’t work the way they say it does!

I am very happy with Beverly Hills products. They ship quickly. I am not sure how to use my bonus points though. That could be an easier process.
