Bad experience

Shipping is good, orders always arrive on time. When I call for assistance i've had mixed experience. Most of the call center reps I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable but there was at least one of them who needed more training and was not able to answer my question. I feel like he did not represent the company very well. I don't remember his name though.
