FedEx said there was an EXCEPTION to my order. It took ten days for me to find out that meant it was damaged and non deliverable and it was up to me to contact Beverages Direct. Once I called BD they were apologetic and promptly mailed out a replacement.

First time ever my shipment was damaged and Beverage Direct replaced it no problem.

Best root beer I have tasted since I made homemade rootbeer. Real sugar makes a difference. Also the natural root beer flavor just tastes better than the store stuff with artificial flavoring.

I really enjoy Virgil’s root beer and can’t get it locally. You guys are pretty good a couple of times slow on the shipment. But overall very good. I find it interesting. It cost a little more to buy a larger quantities like 24 bottles as opposed to 12.
