Order did not arrive as discussed with advisor. I ran out 2/16 and will now have to wait until the end of the day on 2/18. . . 2 days without is not serving the purpose. I told the advisor I needed it by today 2/17 and was assured that would be possible but now, not happening until 2/18 at 9 PM! Unacceptable.
