Excellent products and customer service.

I have been ordering from BWH for several years. Now it is next to impossible to login. The code which is supposed to be emailed can take up to 15 mins and then it expires. I don’t have 15 mins to wait on the code. I am no longer able to order from BWH. I loved the products, but what happened to making things easy for customers? I’m looking for alternatives.

I want to give a shout-out to Zach, who is part of BWH's customer service team. He has helped me twice now. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and effective. So wonderful to work with a company that still uses talented and human customer service support! Anyone who is tired of getting nonsensical or irrelevant responses from some company's AI customer service bot will greatly appreciate the quality of BWH's advisors. Very happy!
