Please cancel my monthly subscription I did not intend to set this subscription or any others subscription up. I will still use your excellent products they're the best I ever used but I will make my own ordering and controll my own spending

Super disappointed in the shady business dealings of automatically signing me up to subscribe. I had to choose to unsubscribe but I didn’t know that so I was charged $400 for skincare I didn’t need. Customer service was unhelpful and basically said sorry about your luck. I’ve been a customer for a few years and this experience has soured me toward the company. I’m so sad about it.

I have always used something for helping my skin — no soap and other things. Some have worked and some have been a disappointment. Genucel has proved that what is said about the product is true. No not over night but does work!! Thank you, Belinda

I tried to change my order to a different product but they sent the same one anyway. I have too much of that one.

I have only used the product for 3 weeks. I am 66 years old and have lost 50 pounds. Losing the weight caused my forehead and eyes to wrinkle so I am working on getting the skin to shrink! Any assistance to getting that done will be helpful!
