The Genucel products all seem high-quality and luxurious when applying, nicely scented and packaged well. Unfortunately I did not find the anti-aging products to be effective as described, however, customer service was very responsive and helpful in refunding my orders. The refund policy is a little tricky, but the representatives are very responsive and gave me no issues with providing the pre-paid shipping labels. The price point is very high to continue reordering even with the subscription discount, but overall, I would recommend to at least consider giving their products a try.
