I absolutely love the products and have been a fan for several years. A BIG HOWEVER is taking place with telephone marketing on a daily basis averaging 11 calls a day that makes me want to never purchase another item. I have asked repeatedly now from both the numbers that call and calling the company itself to stop but to no avail. Again, love the products but the harassment will ensure I go somewhere else.

I never received my order now the burden is on me to correct the problem. I contacted United States Postal Service and they have no record of it. Why can’t you correct the problem and replace my order that I have been waiting for for weeks. Somehow you sent it to the wrong ZIP Code no address, etc. I gave you my address

My skin is usually very good. People always assume I am at 10 years younger than I am. Lately I was seeing some changes and an overall dullness. These products have restored my skin in a very short time. I will continue to use these products.

The order and delivery service is great! Everything always arrives in perfect condition. I have been using the product for 3 months and am noticing less hair fallout. Although more expensive, it appears to be working.

I have not received a refund or notification that lost or stolen product is being re-shipped. Now I have two orders that have been lost or stolen by the Post Office.
