I have been a customer for ~3 years and have only had 5 star experiences with the customer service team and the ordering process. I love the addition of the loyalty/points program. The customer service team is quick to reply and resolves all issues/answers all questions. They are extremely accommodating with your subscription. For example, I am now pregnant and my OB recommended to take out some of the other subscriptions I was using just for the pregnancy. While it was part of a larger bundle, the customer service team accommodated my change request and allowed me to keep the previous anniversary discount on the subscription that was to remain. I appreciate this level of customer service - it is hard to come by these days. I will be a customer for life, and I can't wait to introduce the non-caf BetterGreens into the little baby's routine once it's time :)
