Loved the look of this urn compared to others. Shipped quickly & packaged well. I will say I did have to play around w/ getting the collar to fit in between the glass & wood front compartment. Once I attached the collar to the white insert i zip tied it tight in the back.. I then, stapled the white insert/collar to the wood front insert. That made it stay flat/propped up against the front glass & not sag in the middle. I also made a white backing/separator to go between the silk bag of ashes (Back compartment & the front compartment/display.) I personally didn’t like seeing thru the edges of the white collar holder holes in front & seeing straight in at the bag… But that maybe won’t bother others.. overall I really like it once I made my tweaks! 👍🏼
