Received what I ordered in the time promised. Locksmith installed the parts with no problem.

I ordered a address plaque for the exterior of my house. When it arrived the color wasn't as pictured. The customer service rep Bethany saw my rating and reason for the rating. She contacted me and asked me to send a picture of the plaque. After seeing it, she told me the vendor they use for those plaques needed to know the color shown online is much different than the one I got. I was offered a full refund since I would not be willing to hang the one that I received. I will most certainly order from Mailbox works again for their sterling customer service and professionalism.
