The unit arrived in great
The unit arrived in great condition, so that was good. I ordered from Best Power Wheelchair because I saw FedEx shipping and I needed it really fast. It took one week for the unit to leave the company’s facility. My two phone message inquiries were not returned. Finally, my email inquiry was returned. They apologized and said they would send some ATTO accessories for my inconvenience, but I never received them. Seven days from order it was shipped, ten days from order it arrived, credit card was charged the moment I ordered.

So far, can't get it in reverse, can't attach the headlamps , instructions are not clearly stated. Heavier than expected.

Lightweight easy to use mobility chair
We had terrible experiences buying products from other companies until we found this one!! Very nice people to work with, they do what they say they’re going to do and even deliver ahead of schedule!! We love the chair! Easy to use, easy to handle, easy to haul! Doesn’t necessarily go on thick gravel but works amazing!!!

Best scooter I own.i took to truck entered it with my 64 chevy.it won $25 big truck won $75.people would stop me and take pic.of it.only complaint.bumper broke and they said no replacement.i need one

Making life fun with more mobility.
Tom received his scooter recently … and used it two times … at the mall. He had fun and was happy to get back his independence. The scooter is a little heavy for older/adults to lift into the car, so we are currently looking for a small lift for it. Tom is very happy with this scooter and waiting for the basket to be delivered. Mary

Best wheelchair I ever had
It's been now several months since I had this chair and it's the best one I had so far. I went from Pride Jazzy to Ewheels and I cant be happier. I take it out daily outside and it fits in my car.

I ordered the chair through financing and got it within a week. Whole thing was easy and it was my first time ordering a wheelchair online. Now I just pay monthly instead of the whole amount. I am happy with my order, customer service and my new power wheelchair. Thanks!

Got the chair and I love it
Been using the chair for awhile now and I love. Folds easily and I bring it anywhere in my trunk. This Ewheels ew m45 power chair is worth the money and I recommend it. Customer service is also top notch and helpful.
