I accidentally ordered the pot without the lid. I don’t think the product description is very clear that the lid is not included in the price. Dealing with customer service was like interacting with an AI bot. Supremely dissatisfying! I was unable to add the lid to my order. I was required to cancel the order, wait for a refund, then reorder both pot and lid. A very clunky process. Despite the frustration this caused, the refund occurred, I was able to reorder and the desired product arrived with Auspost tracking, in good condition, within 7 days.
