The duvet cover itself is great, but kind of disappointed in the customer service. I messaged them several times about not being able to use my points towards an order and never heard back which is disappointing being a repeat customer.

Returned them. Wasn’t the material I was looking for. Returning them was a hassle as you don’t get all of your money back. There is a $15 fee they make you pay. Not happy with this and would not buy again.
