This box was not packed as nice as previous boxes. Puppy & essentials were just randomly thrown in the box. Has something changed with shipping?

I ordered the little puppy and a sweater. Both were just thrown in the box, huge difference than the other years of careful shipment. Just a sad surprise as the sweater was almost missed and thrown out.
