Customer service was really great. Many, many responses and follow-ups to make sure my return went well. I wish more companies had customer service this responsive! I will consider purchasing something else in the future.

Wonderful

Shipping was great! Very fast and well packaged. But their online customer service needs more help. Called & emailed to get both product information and with questions about an exchange. No answer to either outreach for several days. Then when I returned the product for an exchange, they did not credit my account for 10 days (they claim processing will take 5-7). Probably will by only in a shop rather than deal with online.

Sizing has been an issue

The perfect linen shirt. Flattering cut and clearly quality materials. Wish they came with extra buttons, but I still buy these in threes.

Nothing special

wonderful company. Just wish the sizes didn't run so small in tops.

I love this top, but after one wash the strap broke, I was very disappointed after spending almost $100 to have this break. So I will just have to sew it myself which I’m not too happy about. But I do love the blouse as this is my second one in a different colour.
