I love the shoe. I ordered half a size up as recommended for wide feet, but it ended up being half a size too big. I went back to the site to exchange for a smaller size, but that size was sold out

I ordered based on what written in the website + 1/2 size and it was big on me Then the retuning process was difficult and it cost me a money and still need to be reviewed before returning my money So i see it as difficult process honestly Thanks

My shoes got here in about 3 business days after placing my order! So elegant and classy looking! I love them! I went with 1/2 size up because I have wider feet and they fit comfortably. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day. I would definitely recommend Bella Belle shoes!

Unfortunately I was unable to get a refund on my shoes that didn’t fit me properly. I returned my shoes the next day. Waiting to get store credit so I can have the shoes in time for my wedding!

These are definitely pretty shoes but only okay in terms of comfort — I wouldn’t call them “12-hour shoes. ” I’m also disappointed that the bows started fraying before I even got to wear them. I decided to keep them because I’d read about others having trouble with returns and didn’t want to deal with the hassle.

These shoes were absolutely stunning and the perfect blush shade and heel height for my dress. As an in-between size (9. 5/10), the size 10 was a perfect fit. Walking down the outdoor boardwalk aisle was surprisingly easy with them. However, comfort drastically declined after just a few hours. My feet began swelling, and by the first dance, painful, bloody blisters had formed. By 9pm, the pain was unbearable, forcing me to switch to sandals. The floor for the indoor ceremony was tile and carpet. Even three days later, my feet were still painfully sore – a rare occurrence for me with heels. While beautiful, the severe discomfort and lasting pain make them not worth the price at all.

I couldn't have picked a better pair for my wedding. The Carla shoes matched my dress perfectly, were comfortable all day, and looked stunning!

I was so excited to see these shoes in person and was really hoping to keep them because I’ve been looking for something I could wear comfortably all day and dance in at my wedding. As much as I love the design and how lightweight they are, they just weren’t the right fit for me. They felt tight around my big toe area when walking, and the strap still felt loose even after adjusting it to the first hole. I actually first purchased the Elsa shoes (the sample sale), and while they’re absolutely gorgeous and beautiful, they’re not the type of shoes I could wear for the whole day—let alone for dancing. I thought the Colette shoes would be the one, but unfortunately, they didn’t work out either. I have to return. **Excuse for my toe nails — no time yet to get a pedicure**

So comfortable, secure and stylish! I am so excited to wear these shoes for my wedding next year, I already don’t want to take them off! Size 8 in New Balance Sneakers, ordered a 7. 5 and they fit perfectly.

Love these shoes! I had an issue with one side being too tight. I had a broken toe previously so super sensitive! I bought some padded moleskin and added to the area and perfection!
