The heels have exceeded my expectations! I have been searching for a wedding heels daily for 2 months and I couldn’t find “the one”. The moment I saw Sophia I knew it fit all my want and needs and receiving it in person made me confident about my choice. It’s really well made and so pretty and elegant thanks a lot! Also the shipping was really fast I received it in Saudi Arabia in 4-5 days!

When I first placed the order for the shoes, I incorrectly put the wrong address. I immediately realize my mistake and emailed the customer service team who fix this and I had no issues receiving my shoes. I’m very excited and can’t wait to wear them.

These shoes seemed comfortable for the knuckles of my feet because of the wrapped design, but they were NOT comfortable. I bought these for my wedding reception and I would’ve been better off wearing my loubitons all night. The soles of the shoes are too thin, I added a cushion but they still hurt. I wore them to my indoor rehearsal to break them in and the fabric got super black idk how. I tried to clean them for my wedding but they didn’t clean easily and I figured it was fine because you couldn’t see them anyway but I was annoyed they are not 12 hour wear as advertised.

The shoes are gorgeous, elegant, and delicate. I'm not used to wearing heels, but they're very comfortable. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day! ♡

Sorry but these are sooo uncomfortable at the front. They do not pass the 12 hours comfort challenge. They are painful in the first hour. So so disappointed bc i really relied and only packed this for my wedding day. I had to wear socks to move around. If i could return i would. I have lost faith in this brand

I love the shoe. I ordered half a size up as recommended for wide feet, but it ended up being half a size too big. I went back to the site to exchange for a smaller size, but that size was sold out

I ordered based on what written in the website + 1/2 size and it was big on me Then the retuning process was difficult and it cost me a money and still need to be reviewed before returning my money So i see it as difficult process honestly Thanks

My shoes got here in about 3 business days after placing my order! So elegant and classy looking! I love them! I went with 1/2 size up because I have wider feet and they fit comfortably. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day. I would definitely recommend Bella Belle shoes!

Unfortunately I was unable to get a refund on my shoes that didn’t fit me properly. I returned my shoes the next day. Waiting to get store credit so I can have the shoes in time for my wedding!

These are definitely pretty shoes but only okay in terms of comfort — I wouldn’t call them “12-hour shoes. ” I’m also disappointed that the bows started fraying before I even got to wear them. I decided to keep them because I’d read about others having trouble with returns and didn’t want to deal with the hassle.

These shoes were absolutely stunning and the perfect blush shade and heel height for my dress. As an in-between size (9. 5/10), the size 10 was a perfect fit. Walking down the outdoor boardwalk aisle was surprisingly easy with them. However, comfort drastically declined after just a few hours. My feet began swelling, and by the first dance, painful, bloody blisters had formed. By 9pm, the pain was unbearable, forcing me to switch to sandals. The floor for the indoor ceremony was tile and carpet. Even three days later, my feet were still painfully sore – a rare occurrence for me with heels. While beautiful, the severe discomfort and lasting pain make them not worth the price at all.
