Love the convenience, love the food, wish delivery was more frequent.

Ordered with delivery day scheduled for Tuesday, on the day of delivery I received a text saying sorry there will be a slight delay and your food will now be delivered. This is not a slight delay when you're planning around an upcoming event. It was very disappointing that it was only communicated on the day and left we having to find another option. It also took 2 calls to the store to get the refund processed as I received no confirmation after the first person I spoke with. I've had great success with be fit but this combined with the recent price increases, unavailability or discontinuation of great products has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I understand delays due to covid but the communication is also poor.

Healthy food as well as convenient. I love the soups and the high protein snacks, flavoursome and filling. 13 kilos off and counting.

Delivery didn't arrive Delivery driver actually rang on the Monday to confirm address but didn't deliver. Couldn't get an answer when delivery would arrive. Rang back a few times but didn't feel like it was going to be resolved so cancelled order

Love the program, but since you ask for feedback, I hit a problem ordering online where it got stuck in the Delivery questions and I went through 3 loops of logging out and in again and repeating the order, before I noticed the instruction to re-enter my postcode. Now I know, I won't have a problem again but I think new or intermittent customers might. Thanks for all you are doing!

My shipment was delayed and unfortunately when my food arrived some of my meals plastic containers had broken and even shattered which was a little disappointing as it meant that I was short those meals. Overall the meals are small but ok but wish there was more variety being vegetarian as my meals choices were very repetitive. The staff were super friendly though.

The soups are so good and most meals are lovely. I found the beef chow mein and cottage pie were a bit too peppery for my taste. Breakfasts fantastic and love the snacks.

I have ordered Be Fit Foods several times and unfortunately this time I did not find the meals to be as nice as previous times. Some meals I couldnt finish, one of them being the Trio Green Soup. I had to throw them all out. I was a bit disappointed this time especially because it seems the price has gone up and i had paid more this time._x000D_ _x000D_

I love the food and meals. They are taste and nutritious. Look great ,healthy and they are easy for me when I m busy and want something healthy and quick to prepare.

Most of the products I ordered were replaced with other items I hadn't requested. When I called regarding this I was simply told the items I had ordered were now out of stock. No refund was offered, despite the fact, I don't like the soups that I ended up receiving.

Really good variety, so even though not all meals have been to my taste, I've been able to find some delicious staples. And the foods and approach have helped me lose weight. And customer service has been excellent when swaps have been required.

Some meals delivered were different to what I ordered. Would be nice to be advised prior if you can't fulfill an order so I can choose a meal I like rather than replace with ones I cant eat. _x000D_ Lots of new recipes, I prefer the older recipes :) Otherwise an awesome program.

Be Fit Food is my favourite diet program and highly recommend it to all who are trying to shed weight and haven't been successful. Food is surprisingly great tasting, even gyming 5 days a week I'm never hungry nor lacking energy. After 3 weeks on Be Fit Food I have lost 7.5kg but more importantly 12cm from my waist. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for rapid weight loss.

I love the program and food but just wanted to note that I have ordered the double choc ice cream twice now and received either choc mint or salty caramel with no notice of the ordered item not being available.
