Enjoyed most of the food. Would know what not to order next time. We each lost 2.5 kg in a week on the reset plan and didnt feel hungry. Will be doing again in the future

I cannot rate Be Fit Food enough. I did the 14 day metabolism reset program and lost 5kgs in 2 weeks! I couldn’t believe it! The food was delicious, the convenience of not having to think about my meals or calculate calories was awesome and the results were amazing. Such a great kickstart if you want to be motivated to lose weight and see fast results.

Preparing for my wedding and working full time. Needed a way to stay healthy and maintain my weight to stay fitting in my dress. I'm very much a stress eater, but having lower calorie meals coupled with fruit and yoghurt and healthy snacks has kept me on track. I'm a foodie and love cooking, and these are the only convenient meals that I can genuinely look forward to eating. I'm also a bit health conscious and have cut back on preservatives wherever possible. These meals are exactly what they are meant to be....real food. Thanks for finally bringing something on the market that is real food and convenient. Totally guilt free!

Delivery wrong date and forgot my cereal so have to wait over a week to start. Will I be buying again no probably not!

The site is easy to navigate and selection of meals is straightforward. Completing an order is quite simple. Once the order is completed there is a good level of communication regarding the progress and delivery of the order.

Amazing!!! My friend got me onto this diet claiming that back in the days she had lost 7kg in 2 weeks... So I thought I'd try. But I'm now 45 and have been stuck with hormonal weight for the last 4 years, so I was not really it would work miracles.... well, it did! I'm only half way through the 2 weeks reset and I've already lost 4kg!!!!! I mean I haven't been able to loose any weight in years! and now in 1 week only I lost 4kg! :) Also to my surprise the food taste delicious and the portions are bigger than I expected. I'm almost never hungry before it's actually time for the next meal. I got lots of energy and I feel great! Been recommending it to all my friends! it's the best diet I have ever tried and so so easy to follow! love it !

Food tastes good. Good variety of food. Happy with customer service. I’m not a big fan of garlic in my breakfast though so maybe consider some more non-garlicky options

Meals are very tasty

I really enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, dinner and the smoothies. I loved how convenient it was and it was easy to stick to. I didn't enjoy any of the snacks I tried but I still want to try some protein balls. I was a bit hungry in the evenings but that was to be expected. Overall, I think it was a great way to kick start some weight loss.

Enjoyable and great for weight loss these BeFit Foods are so effective and delicious. Highly recommended.
