Order came two days early which was very nice.

I bought these sandals because the bitsybird was sold out in black. The Palila was close to the same style. But when I put them on there was such a difference. The Palila was pinching in the area between my big toe and my second toe. So opposite of the bitsybird which I can wear all day!

Customer service was great. Flip flops well made and true to size. They have hi gf er arch and a little heavier than my other flip flops. I can’t wear them a long time bc of the arch. Still love them.
