I love the service, shipping time is fairly quick. My only concern is a lack of half sizes and most of the shoes, that’s a problem. I’m a true size 9 with a normal width. I never have issues with finding my size shoe to fit like my feet are not finicky so I’m beginning to think that the sizing does run big overall and perhaps the women that are finding the sizing that fits either have feet that run wide or they are half sizes and that’s why the whole sizes fit them so good. Unfortunately, you’re missing out on sales because I’ve had to return a bunch of shoes. I’ve tried and it seems from the reviews. Other people feel the same, so I hope that be you are listening and will eventually offer half sizes.
