It works okay. Reduces congestion and throat itching for short while. I will use it during day until it's gone but won't be reordering. I was hoping it would help with these issues to sleep at night but only worked for few hours then I would wake up. Was hoping to get off of OTC meds but for nights I am back on benadryl and severe sinus nose spray so I can breathe.
