This is the email I received when I wrote about a continued subscription and my desire to cancel. I followed the email up with all the information from the order #, my other email, name, address etc. WAITED. Nothing. Followed up with another email requesting cancel. Nothing. Still nothing. Fortunately after hours and hours of trying to get on the website to cancel, I found a way on. Then I had to hit the CANCEL button in response to over 8 questions that kept popping up . . . . confirming cancel confirming cancel confirming cancel . . . . What is going on with this company . . . if you think you have cancelled check again. Here is their email. I responded to your earlier email letting you know we do not have any orders under your name or email. The last one that was placed was back in 2022. Can you please provide the following information so we can try to find the order you are referring to: 1. Alternate name 2. Alternate email 3. Shipping address 4. Date, amount, and last 4 digits of the card that was charged on your last order 5. Any order number you may have received If there is anything else we can do, please let us know. We're here to help. I am caught in a subscription which I can not get out of. The website will not send me the code I need to logon to my account. I have tried for 3 hours now. If you subscribe there is no direct way out of it. I sent an email and AI answered. I called the phone number on the bottle machine "we are not longer accepting phone calls or messages to better serve you. " REALLY? to better serve not sure how that works. The service is terrible.

Poor customer service and communication.

Placed an order on November 7th at 8:57 pm. Received an email the next day that it shipped. Still nothing 7 days later. Reached out to customer service who told me my shipment came in two packages. One was delivered on the same day I placed the order. Hmmm how does that happen within 3 hours. They couldn't provide me with any tracking information. Seems like a scam going on here and instead of helping a customer receive their product, they took no fault in it and just kept saying, sorry it was delivered. Very unforunate.
