Placed an order on November 7th at 8:57 pm. Received an email the next day that it shipped. Still nothing 7 days later. Reached out to customer service who told me my shipment came in two packages. One was delivered on the same day I placed the order. Hmmm how does that happen within 3 hours. They couldn't provide me with any tracking information. Seems like a scam going on here and instead of helping a customer receive their product, they took no fault in it and just kept saying, sorry it was delivered. Very unforunate.
