Arrived with broken zipper on one boot. Had to fill out warranty form and send back. Very disappointing as these were a bday gift for my husband and now he won’t have these for the holidays.

BedStu is such a great company to deal with. When you call an actual human being answers - shocker. I once called with a question about a specific purse and I could hear her saying to someone else in the office "You have the Venice Beach purse, don't you?". She then asked the question I had and got a response for me, based on reality, not a guess. Five star for products and for service.

I love Bedstu! Bedstu has the best quality purses, shoes, and etc. Not only do the sell great quality items but their customer service is the best. The zipper on one of my boots came apart and I sent in my shoes and were returned new. Love it!

I’m not too happy about it honestly. My first wear I got flakes from the paint on to my clothes and the smell of sprayed paint hasn’t faded. I’m not sure if it’ll fade in time. It is also very narrow on the inside
