Bad fit.. one shoe is bigger than the other. Very disappointing!

I love the Bed/Stu Cadence Bag in the Tan Rustic color!! It matches with everything I wear, so it's a great color! The look and feel of the bag is amazing. The leather is so soft and conforms to whatever I put inside it. The zippers are so easy to slide open and closed, and are very heavy duty for lots of use. I love love the magnets that keeps the bag closed!. It's so easy to fold, and the magnets catch and hold wonderfully! I wish the card slots weren't quite so tight. My credit cards are hard to slide in and out, so I'm hoping the leather will stretch and give more over time. I also wish the outside zipper pouch was a little longer so my iPhone 11 Pro would fit just a little easier. It fits, but it's a little bit of a tight fit. It would probably fit better if I didn't use a protective silicone case for the iPhone, but I need that case. So I just have to make sure that side of the bag isn't as full. I really love the long narrow strap and that it is adjustable in length. I use it as a "crossbody" style to avoid using just my shoulder to hold the bag. It's such a perfect size because I can cross it on and it hangs perfectly, so I almost forget it's there. The leather is not heavy like other purses or bags I have tried, but feels very secure and has a nice quality feel. This bag has a totally classy look that I am really enjoying! The compartments in it keep me organized so I don't need to carry as much now. I love the downsized approach from larger bags to carrying just what I need now! Love it!!

I love the original belt I ordered but it was a tad too small so I returned it to get a larger one and they sent me a different belt that I don’t love.

I had a zipper break on a bag I had purchased. The process to get it repaired was simple and easy to follow. Not only did they return it repaired, they restored it so it looks brand new!

I’ve been a bed-Stu fan for years (still am). . but this pair of shoes felt like a different, stiffer leather, larger than my same pair in black- even though same size, and sadly, with probably less than 25 times worn, the zipper doesn’t stay up on one of the shoes. Also the cut around the toe is really different than my black pair so they feel less comfortable when wearing them. Disappointing when you come to expect a level of craftsmanship from the brand you’ve been buying for over 15 years. That said- the color on this Soto is bright and stunning and I still love this style.

BedStu is always as described. This bag is no different. I really do love the size and it looks exactly as pictured. That said, I've learned that I LOVE the Lux finish and wish I'd ordered something in that finish; obviously this is just a personal preference. , so lesson learned. But I'll be back - BedStu is my go-to for boots and bags!
