I returned the shoes. The shoes arrived in the normal box, but I did not receive a dust cover bag and there was only one sheet of protective paper covering shoes. And it was all ripped up. Again, another beautiful shoe from BedStu that does not only NOT fit true to size, the heel slips regardless of size. Please return back to previous styles that did not have this problem

Great looking shoe! Shipping is FAST. Size is accurate, snug on the toes but I would not size up as they should stretch.
