Quality slats and friendly advice from Reg in sales/customer service. Packaging could have been better as only ends of slats protected; one of ours came with a little dent, bit disappointing but facing down so won’t be seen.

Really helpful and first rate advice and support. I contacted Bed Slats about conversion of a lovely bed frame I have which has supported a waterbed for the past 25 years. Reg was really helpful going over and working through the parts I would need to convert the bed frame to a slatted base to support a new Hypnos mattress. All parts were supplied within a short timescale to meet the 4 week delivery for the mattress. Quality of products delivery a very nice, lovely quality materials and wood finish. Great technical support, product quality and service.
