My customer service person was amazing, however whilst making my selection and purchase, I observed the male manager deliver awful customer service to an elderly man who had come in to make a purchase. The manager was SO unhelpful to this customer and his lack of help resulted in the customer leaving without making a purchase. Bed shed Mandurah, WA.

Bought a Single size mattress for my child and it is very comfortable. I rang the store closest to us and the people at the Hawthorn store were incredibly helpful. Delivery also was quick. We always buy our beds from BedShed. The quality and service is impeccable.
