Brought 2 mattresses, service great , love the comfort 🙏👍

My customer service person was amazing, however whilst making my selection and purchase, I observed the male manager deliver awful customer service to an elderly man who had come in to make a purchase. The manager was SO unhelpful to this customer and his lack of help resulted in the customer leaving without making a purchase. Bed shed Mandurah, WA.

Bought a Single size mattress for my child and it is very comfortable. I rang the store closest to us and the people at the Hawthorn store were incredibly helpful. Delivery also was quick. We always buy our beds from BedShed. The quality and service is impeccable.

I could not fault Bedshed Cockburn. Great service, great beds, solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble and most importantly the grandkids love their bunk beds.

The ladies at the Jandakot store are an absolute pleasure to deal with, I had to change the size of the bed I purchased last minute and they were more than accommodating helping me fix my mistake as well as going above and beyond upgrading my base so I could get the delivery on the only day I had free. Definitely recommend there store purely for there customer service

We purchased our sons first bed from you in may and it's been great. The staff at morayfield were very helpful and even gifted him a toy giraffe which he's obsessed with! Clear communication, great product, awesome staff

Melville Bedshed service went above and beyond, which is rare these day! My purchase was meant to take 10 days, however Bedshed Melville managed to have the bed arrive to my door within 3 days!
