Customer service was not helpful or responsive enough to help me with my missing order. Still got charged for 2 products and only received 1

I first found Beauty Within girls through their YouTube channel and was thrilled when they opened their online store. I live in NY so shipping is super fast, website is easy to navigate. I did not have a pleasure to deal with their customer service but I'm sure it's as fabulous as all the rest. All they need right now it's their own little boutique store somewhere in Soho :)

Refund and exchange policy would be appreciated.

I never received a refund or store credit for my broken item and I feel avoided. Customer care in this particular incident has been non existent.

I follow the Beauty Within YouTube Channel as well as their Instagram page for the channel itself as well as the store, and I love it, I love everything about it. Love Fel and Ro and how they both make everyone with every skin type feel included and confident that their skin concerns have a solution. Both Fel and Ro always offer different POVs, products, life hacks, etc., and point out how changing your lifestyle for the better will benefit your body, health and mental state as well. I am in love with the store and products and so far I have bought a few and I’m more than happy with all of them. The website works great, the product deliver has been timely and I have no complaints at all.

I ordered the ginseng essence, green tea + panthenol calming serum and the 107 chaga jelly cleanser. All three have made such an impact on my acne prone skin and the chaga cleanser is my new staple in skin cleansers! All products are so gentle and feel amazing! My items arrived in great condition and in good time. The website is easy to navigate and made my selection options super easy. Will definitely buy again!

It is easy to navigate the website and find which products I need! It is also easy to filter through different purposes or ingredients to find something new to try! I also love the pictures that talk about the texture and layering and the short videos, it is really helpful when choosing a product! The package also arrived in a timely manner!
