Never got what I ordered!!!!

There really was no box for the tea, it came as loose packaging, which is very inconvenient as I bought this as a gift for a friend.

Never again. You guys are the absolute WORST.

Expired when I got it. No one responded to my email.

Shipping was quick. Product as advertise minus the fact that I received two products that were about to expire and charged me full price for them. Would have liked either a discount or send products with longer shelf life. While they have great content on social media and respect their opinions, I may not get my skincare products from them in the future.

My order arrived quickly, considering I live on the west side of the country, so that was great! I really loved the cute little message card from the team! It was super cute and sweet! It really felt like the package was packed with care. Lastly, I've got to say I love the information break down of products on the website! It makes me more confident in the products I'm buying since I have sensitive skin and have a hard time finding products that don't irritate my skin.

I love my orders from Beauty Within. BW has such a variety and most of my regular products. They work wonders for my skin and always arrive packaged safely. My only complaint is shipping took a little while longer than usual but I ordered around Black Friday so. Also it would be helpful if the website had a section for exfoliators just like they do for toners, cleansers, serums, etc. BW is awesome and I love this website <3
