However, when that time had passed, I reached out to Beauty Creations & they immediately provided me the steps to get a replacement sent (I had purchased the insurance if that helps anyone). Simple process & my replacement package arrived so quick! So thankful for the great customer service! Thank-you BC for the amazing tokidoki collab & being awesome!
