Very disappointed with your lack of communication and customer service. I had an item missing from my box. You have commented on social media. Emailed to try to get someone to sort it for me. No one has bothered. I would like the item sent or a refund. Not happy with the service at all.

great shipping, the package was a bit destroyed but not their fault , i was expecting a nicer packaging (with the whole beaurybay color and all) because of the numbers of beaurybay products i bought but that’s ok

Had high hopes but unfortunately very disappointed. The colours are pleasant but don’t necessarily do as they say. The formula is hard and drying and the make up brushes moult all over my face.

Shipping was quick, but two tiny products were put in a giant box with a bunch of packaging- feels a bit wasteful and unnecessary
