I am very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, I never received my order, despite waiting patiently and contacting customer service. It is really upsetting because I was looking forward to receiving these products. While I understand that delivery issues can happen, I expected a better resolution. As a customer, paying for something that never arrives is frustrating and disheartening. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping from this website. I hope they improve their customer service and order handling so other customers do not go through the same experience.
