I had the worst shopping experience in this website. I ordered a few items on 21/4 but still yet to receive anything. The tracking number is not working so I have no idea where did my parcel go. I emailed customer service for help 2 weeks ago and was told to wait. So now it’s almost 1 month after ordering but I heard nothing. Denied refund but no update on my parcel. It’s the WORST online shopping experience ever for me. I would not recommend anyone shopping from this website.

I know it’s meant to a gentle cleanser, which it really is, but it’s much too gentle for me. It barely feels like it’s doing a thing. Also, I don’t like fragranced items just to avoid my skin becoming sensitive to it but this doesn’t even smell good…it smells like an old, wet towel and arguably a wet dog… not a fan.
