Customer service has been ok, my new bow will not stay cocked. Really not happy about how the box comes and had limited very limited directions to build it. There needs to be a better way.

The Constrictor cross-bow has been an excellent purchase so far. Had an issue with the scope and called customer service. They were great! Very friendly and accommodating and sent replacement. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality cross-bow!

great fast shipping

I bought the Bear x Constrictor Pro. I was sighting it in to shoot it, and on the 7th arrow the Crossbow flew apart. I called Bear Archery Customer Support and explained to them that I was on Vacation during Rut and the Bow I wanted to use just flew apart. They emailed a shipping label for me to print off and send the bow back. They wouldn’t get a New one on the way until the old one was packaged up and could be tracked being sent back. I explained to them that customer service rep that I was on Vacation to hunt for the next 10 days and I would send the old one back I just needed one to hunt. Anyway I got the old one sent back and they got a new one on the way. The customer service rep helped me as much as he could. It took a week to get the new bow, and it came in and I sighted it in and it did well. They are very accurate. Then while sighting the new bow in my cocking sled broke. I called customer support again to tell the rep. He said they would get me a new coking sled on the way. I called Monday Nov 10 and this is Nov 12 I’m waiting on the cocking sled to be delivered, hopefully this week. The Customer Support was excellent , but I am glad that they replaced my bow and are sending me a new cocking sled for my bow. The reason for 3 stars instead of four was the shipping taking a week to get a bow back to me.

Shipped out within a week. Amazing value for such a high-performance crossbow. Happy to support the legendary Bear name. A little tricky getting the speed ring and scope dialed but couldn't be happier with this purchase.
