Bought this bow for my teenage son. Very balanced, smooth, quiet, affordable without sacrificing performance. First time Bear buyer, won’t be our last.

Who ever did the packaging, did not do a good job, plus UPS is horrible in my area. The tape on the box was cut open. When I opened the box everything was everywhere! There was broken parts. I had to call the warranty department to send out the 2 replacement parts. This all costs everyone time & money. Bear products is the only brand I use& have. I grew up with Bear products. Please don’t make me go to another company. Bear has always delivered. The warranty dept. was quick. Thank you

I ordered a crossbow directly from the website which arrived defective. I had to take it to a shop for repair on a brand new out of the box product. Customer service was unhelpful and just ignored my emails after I said I wanted to return their defective product.

Great deal on the bow. Good quality bow. I love it. But I'm giving this three stars because I had to piece together some bolts after I lost the 3 (not 4. The quiver holds 4. WTH) that came with it. Luckily the nocks were still available and I only had to substitute the bolts themselves with some that I found on Amazon. Wish I could purchase some of the truex 22s again.

The trux nocks and 22” bolts are hard to find but bow is good.
