I recently visited Beacon Lighting Chatswood three times in the past month. Each time I was met with a friendly smile and professional advice. Mosese Sales Associate was very helpful and courteous and helped me with an online purchase return. I did not have the original packaging and the Return could have been refused, however there was no issue. These days good customer service is very welcome and I did appreciate Beacon Lighting Returns policy.
