This was our first, but won't be our last, order with Holden Towels. We had a sponsor event in 5 days and needed a special gift to give out and wanted to give branded, turkish towels. We looked high and low and fell in love with the Holden Towel designs, then we fell in love with the customer service. We knew we were asking a lot to have someone customize and have shipped 40 branded towels in 5 days, but the customer service rep I worked with was more than happy to help. Instead of being annoyed at our short planning, she was pleased to help us out of a pinch. She said she'd call the print shop herself and make sure they could turn it around in our time frame; 20 minutes later she called me back and gave us the green light. She was even proactive enough to do the homework on what the overnight freight would be. When I asked about other carriers, she provided me the box dimensions so I could shop around. We ultimately went with their shipper, UPS, and sure enough the box arrived on Tuesday morning, well ahead of schedule. Did I mention that on top of it all, the quality of towels far exceeded our expectations? Normally spending what we spent on these towels, I would have requested a sample but time did not permit so we rolled the dice and were not disappointed. We will definitely find another occasion to use Holden Towels and would highly recommend them to anyone!
