My excellent Naturopath, put me onto this wonderful crowning glory hair oil. . I am in my 80's have long grey hair and use this oil regularly. . . I leave it on overnight, and wash off next day. . . Its not too oily to leave on, and is smells heavenly. I've read the ingredients thoroughly and as a health nut, am perfectly convinced of its hair health benefits. . Shiny and nourished. . . .
