Shipping was no problem. I received the product in good time. But when I opened the lid there was no pump or any way to get the product out of the bottle and I felt like something was missing. So I’m not sure if I ordered a refill or whether I’m mussing something. The product itself is beautiful but as it was a gift I feel like something was missing in the way the product is delivered out of the bottle. I’ve always liked living libations and I guess I will still enjoy this particular product to give us a gift to my daughter.
