This product is great. It's my first vape and I was nervous about it but I made a good desicion. It's easy to clean and very simple. It also came with a grinder (even though I had one already) and a bunch of smell proof bags. Awesome delivery service. Would buy again.

Solid product. Heats fast, compact. Quality materials. Easy to use. Easy to replace and remove battery. Comes with cleaning tools. I feel, the actual product could be worth more than the actual cost paid. Would recommend this to anyone.

The Utillian 721 exceeded my expectations. For this price range, I don't think you are going to find a better 2-in-1 vaporizer. The unit's convection heating technology is amazing. It maintains and controls the heat in a very consistent manner producing a very efficient vapour. The taste is quite enjoyable compared to other vaporizers I've tried. I don't even have to grind my product. I just tear up pieces and the unit cooks them so well that I've been using less and have been getting the same if not better results. Efficiency and vapour quality is important to me so full marks! The instruction manual needs to be resigned and the battery life is a little on the weak side, but charging after every session seems to be working for now.
