My product was not in stock and BCVapor upgraded my purchase to a newer model at no extra cost.

Bc Vapor is awesome! I placed an order with them for a couple products and there was some confusion during preparing it to be shipped. When I messaged them to ask for a tracking number, it brought their attention to it. They apologized to me, sent it out with faster shipping, and included so many extras and goodies in the box to make up for it. Everything was well packaged and arrived as ordered. Their customer service is outstanding and I will definitely be buying from them again when I have need of a product.

Staff have sometimes mixed up the battery and either given me, or charged me for the Evolve Plus battery instead of the regular Evolve battery. I can see how the batteries get mixed up since the packaging is very similar. However, staff have always been kind about exchanges or refunds where applicable. Would be nice to avoid this happening again, but I do appreciate the kind service!
