Very disappointed in them. I asked specific questions about receiving a wrong item including getting the right items or returning these. They never answered my questions. They asked for pictures. I again asked how to return. Next answer was they they are fixing the website pictures. I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.

I called the customer service number and my only option was to leave a voicemail message. I then sent two text messages to address my concerns about my order, only to receive a text message response from a number that wasn’t the same number I sent my text message to. Whoever it was didn’t give me their name or what company they were with. A second text message from the original number I texted also did not include any identifying information. My problem got resolved, but under suspicious circumstances. I’ll never use this company again!

My husband did the research on this brush. He's very particular, and hesitant to buy online, but he's very happy with this brush.

I think I was bribed with the offer of free shipping to spend more money. I'm satisified with my purchases, though.
