Thrilled to finally have a stud and reliable grille bridge that doesn't leak bristles. A few years ago, I noticed that my big toe was inflamed and red. After a few gentle squeezes, out popped a bristle. No telling how long it had been there, but nonetheless, it had embedded in my toe. Kudos to you for making such a good, quality grill brush.

I love my grill cleaner I got my husband for Christmas. Only one problem. You have to cover the steel blades when you mail it out otherwise it cuts the package when it is mailed and that’s how it gets lost in the mail. That’s how mine was lost and I had to wait for a replacement otherwise it’s a perfect item.

Not sure what your policy is, but to charge someone twice for an order is simply not ethical. If this is how your company works, I will be letting everyone know about overcharging. Have tried to reach your customer service and have not received any information. Very poor customer service.

Good design and sturdy construction

I bought the chainmail cleaning pad for my cast iron pans and it worked wonderfully. It did not take off the seasoning as promised. I highly recommend this great product! Also, the way in which this chainmail is manufactured, it is easy on your hands. It will not cut you.
