The items I purchased did not show up. I contacted customer service. They rectified the situation quickly and effectively. The grill brush is exactly what I was looking for as well.

Bought the "bristle free brush and scraper" with accompanying "dunk bucket". Arrived without difficulties. Works well - actually better than expected: I have tried quite a few styles and brands, and this one seems to be the best I've seen to date. Time will tell as to how well it holds up. having a simple "dunk bucket" to hold water for the cleaning process really simplifies the process. Who'dathunk?

Received product damaged, not good. Believe it could be fixed with better thought in packaging. Once informed of problem vendor responded quickly and with my complete satisfaction. Thanks

Finally an affordable, high quality alternative to the traditional BBQ brush. Sturdy wood handle with replaceable scrub pads that are durable and they work better than a wire brush. I wholeheartedly recommend this without reservation.

I’m impressed after a few uses. The pad doesn’t disintegrate after a few cleanings like some other products.

Good product, easy to use.

I am using bbq aid on my Wilmington Grill. The grill has a v shaped metal pan that heats up to grill food. Unlike the Weber, the pan is continuous with no opening to the burner flame. Because it doesn’t get any direct fire the charcoal take at least 15 minutes to catch fire and puts off little or no smoke. Not going to blame your product. Just doesn’t work well with my grill. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how I might better utilize this product. Thanks

Everything was very smooth still a little concerned with this product. It is supposed to be bristle free and I don’t see that the case everything was warranted have a brand new brush. We’ll see how it works.

Wrong it was shipped. Emailed customer service and sent over a couple pictures of wrong item. Within the week I got the correct item. Thank you.

I ordered the brushless grill cleaner and replacement set. The replacement set they sent was wrong. I got ahold of customer service and they had me send a picture of the item I received. Within the week they sent me the correct item.

My experience was great, I received my product quickly and their customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to order from them again!
