It has been 11 days since I placed my order, which cost over $200, and a shipping label hasn't even been created yet. I've attempted to contact them via email and every other available method, but they haven't provided any assistance whatsoever. I've been without the items for over a week now because they still haven't processed my order.

This product is a load of THC crystals with a thin coating of resin sauce on them. It is not the amber glob of resin pictured. And we're to the point now where so many indica-leaning "cultivars" are just OG Kush spinoffs with goofy names and variations that you have to squint to detect in the final product.
