I ordered from Bay Smokes and received an empty package. When I contacted support through their live chat, I was asked to send additional payment via Apple Pay to a random phone number and provide a screenshot for confirmation. This raised serious red flags, as that number did not match their official contact information. I did not send any extra payment. This experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering unless this issue is addressed properly.
